・This role is responsible to create the local pricing culture support the standardization of tools, processes and metrics across the different markets, ensuring sustainability and best in class service.
・Drives account and price segmentation, including building customer specific price lists based on the regional target and floor prices and, driving adaptive strategies based on go-to market strategy, reimbursement, market and competitive dynamics.
・Looks for local opportunities to create/manage bundle and innovative contracting/offerings with businesses.
・Becomes partner of the negotiation team for major price negotiations, works with the team to make the final pricing decisions.
・Governance process local owner, including preparation of the business cases for pricing committee （if applicable） approval.
・Uses regionally and globally generated reporting to engage with BU’s to drive optimal pricing behaviors.
・Gathers and analyzes competitive moves, suggests and implements local strategies.
