■Business Manager - Intel PSG
This job is responsible for customer-specific-value-based pricing decisions, margin management and resolving customer issues. The candidate needs to work closely with the Business Management organization located in headquarters as well as local Sales/FAE team, Marketing and distribution partners. This role needs to establish relationships with key customers, develop a solid understanding of the customers' end systems and market position as well as key customers' desires and future challenges. The candidate should be able to identify and understand the customers' present and future design challenges, to negotiate legal and pricing contracts, to present business proposals as well as value proposition and system solutions for the responsible market segment.This role also prioritize, escalate and drive customer issues to resolution within Japan and the headquarters. Being the advisor to the sales force and key resource in interacting with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Business Operations, Marketing and Business Divisions. The candidate develops and tracks business metrics and measurements, forecast and performs deal impact analysis.
|1.Qualifications include a Business Degree, BSEE or equivalent2.Fluently bilingual, both spoken and written, in English and Japanese is required. 3.5 year+ experience in semiconductor or high-technology related field, preferably with prior experience dealing with Telecom equipment providers and/or operators4.Good knowledge in Wireless/Wireline/Datacenter market and technologies NFV, 5G, OTN, Wireless6.Good business acumen and communication/presentation skills are required. 7.Sales or market/business development experience preferred. Flexible in travelling.8.Sound knowledge of FPGA technology is preferred9. A team player with strong passion to take on challenges and to grow the business.
