・As a software engineer provide software solutions (voice technology solution, cloud solution for field operation, etc) to industrial customer (logistics, manufacturing, retail etc) with SI partner.
・Provide consultation for customer to solve the issue and make Customer’s business more efficient.
・Introduce our own new industrial software which is proven globally to Japanese market and start up business.
・Lead and drive solution partnership with SI partner to strength the software solutions.
・Assist local System Integrators and/or Independent Software vendors in developing their own application through SDK including sample coding and consultancy on our own products’ features and functions.
・Develop the technical knowledge of SI partners. Enable SI partner to offer our own software solutions by themselves. Provide software training for Partner and end-user.
・Lead in-country technical trouble shooting and resolution through post sales technical effort.
・Analyze the software issues brought by customers and channel partners and find the best possible resolution by working with the internal engineering team.
・Maintain and create technical document, customer reference record and case studies for ease of reference/sharing.
|・An individual possess a tertiary education in an IT-related field with at least 5 years’ experience and good business acumen in software solution.
・A self-starter and team player who can work with both internal and external party to articulate the solutions and build business case proposals our customer.
・Able to translate customer needs into a work flow performance improve solution either with process enhancement.
・Possess good initiative, creativity and problem diagnosis instinct.
・Experience is developing and conducting technical training.
・Good communication skill. Proficient in Japanese and English.
・Proficient in IT networking skills and knowledge
