■Sales Program Manager
This position reports to Sr. Manager of Channel Sales Programs, ICE Division,
and is responsible for driving the development, leading planning and deployment of
Apple channel programs in Japan Carriers.
The success of these programs is dependent upon the coordinated efforts of several key
teams within Apple.
The Channel Sales Programs team leads the overall plan for, execution of,
and post-installation activities of these programs.
This individual will focus on new program development, as well as managing
existing Carrier in-store merchandising efforts working with our top tier carriers.
The Carrier Program Manager works closely with all the CSP team, Carrier Sales team,
Training team, Sales Account managers, as well as with cross-functional teams
in Japan; including mainly Marcom, Partner Com, Finance, Carrier Sales,
and on occasional project basis with iTunes, Operations, Product Marketing,
and Apple Pay Teams, both in Japan, and in Cupertino.
|・6～8 years of Channel development, channel execution experience
・Ability to balance short-term execution needs with mid~long-term strategic goals
・Experience working and project managing in indirect channels such as CES,
Carriers channels, and other national scale retail outlets.
・Knowledge and experience in retail 2D, 3D and asset management, and
planogram planning + execution.
・Established and proven experience in partnering with internal
・Ability to be effective in both direct and virtual team situations,
and managing through influence.
・Retail Sales and Marketing experience in an indirect Channel/Partner environment
・Must be sensitive to new technology (especially Apple Technology)
・Business level English
