||・Hunt and develop new clients for paying regular visits to customers in accordance with managements’ directives. Build relationships with customers and drive the business. Grows the company’s revenue and profitability.

・Manage and implement Small-Medium sized Key Account customers whose account owner are in overseas counties and pursue more opportunities to improve gross profit. Align with Tender management team and all stakeholders providing all necessary information to win next RFQ.
・Sells import, export freight forwarding and customs brokerage. On top of them, value added service such as warehousing solutions, IT service, local trucking is also important for success.
・Report to manager to share daily activities, market information, sales updates, new idea, positive result, negative result and any risk prospected to solve the issues quickly in his / her team and pursue company’s revenue and profitability.
・Updates to CRM software (SFDC) and create all required reports based on the resource from EDI system with accuracy and in a timely manner to report management team at country level or regional level.
・Is always strictly complied with company’s administrative rules, especially the method and procedure for setting credit limit for customer. Ensures collection of all debts with no tolerance for outstanding.
・Performs all other duties assigned and required by manager or management.
||・Minimum 5 years of Field Sales or Key Account Sales experience in Forwarding industry.
・English communication skills to the level where it is possible to ask what is really needed to learn and mention what is really needed to express without any hesitation, both written and oral.
・Ability to find business opportunity of other lines than freight forwarding, including customs brokerage, warehousing, local distribution etc. and related value added information services.
・Interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with all sales channels and resources including operation/customs team leaders to make the most of reserved sales opportunities.
・Knowledge/understanding of CRM & EDI systems for practical use to extract useful data for all sales activities and literacy for computer and networking.
・Enthusiasm to acquire knowledge, share problematic issues at any other department and bear new duties, as a prospect of future manager.
・Flexibility and multi-tasking skills to adapt to changing circumstances.
・Consciousness of all risk management.
