||・Leading Account Management Team which covers Key Clients whose account owners are in overseas.
Both Export and Import, also Ocean and Air. Reporting directly to General Manager, and Account Owner. and be in responsible for ;
・Identifying the problems operationally in the team and streamlining the process collaborating with other functions including all stakeholders.
・Driving initiatives to streamline the financial flow process. Analyzing all necessary reports such as open revenue and cost, supporting a person in charge for the concerned lane to solve those.
・Providing precise and timely communication to General Manager and Account Owners to deploy sufficient safety measures.
・Monitoring the global KPI as well as the account’s own KPI to keep the client satisfaction high.
・Supervising own team and developing expertise of subordinators.
・Engages with staff for mentoring and cross-trade opportunities.
・Closely working with Account Owner and overseas stakeholders to build strong relationship for smooth operation.
・Implementation of new customer in liaison with implementation manager to ensure correct, measurable and manageable IOP/SOP/KPI is established.
||・Minimum 5 years of sales (or customer service) experience in Forwarding industry.
・English communication skills to the level where it is possible to ask what is really needed to learn and mention what is really needed to express without any hesitation, both written and oral.
・Ability to find business opportunity of other lines than freight forwarding, including customs brokerage, warehousing, local distribution etc. and related value added information services.
・Interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with all sales channels and resources including operation/customs team leaders to make the most of reserved sales opportunities.
・Knowledge/understanding of CRM & EDI systems for practical use to extract useful data for all sales activities and literacy for computer and networking.
・Enthusiasm to acquire knowledge, share problematic issues at any other department and bear new duties, as a prospect of future manager.
・Flexibility and multi-tasking skills to adapt to changing circumstances.
・Consciousness of all risk management.
