仕事内容 ●Planning and proposing insurance sales strategies for headquarters of affiliated financial institutions (city banks, trust banks, regional banks, securities companies, etc.)
●Promote relationship management especially to major agency headquarters, Megabanks, Large-scale regional banks (securities).
●Achieve coordination between bank’s organization and our internal organization.
●Planning and proposing insurance sales measures, new products ideas and operation rationalization measures for major agency headquarters, and leads to their successful introduction.
●Planning and proposing all-branch training and holding of customer seminars etc. at affiliated financial institutions
●New business development of financial agency.
●Reporting Line: Head of Savings business
応募資格 【Must】
●University educated.
●3 years or more experience as a key account or sales representative at a major financial institution.Other corporate business experience in insurance with major financial institutions can be considered too
●Ability to plan, promote and solve problems
●High levels of knowledge of general insurance products
●High communication skill
●Presentation capability and interpersonal negotiation capability
●PC skill (Excel、PowerPoint)
【Nice to have】
●Experience working in headquarters planning department at a financial institution.
●Securities Sales Representative license
●AFP or CFP
●Language ability (English)
