仕事内容 ・ Build customer relationships and create opportunities to grow volume and profit
・ Maintain contact with existing clients and explore ways to increase share of wallet
・ Approach new customers and focus on gaining new business
・ Actively sell the Key Trade Lanes (KTL) nominated by local management
・ Conduct personal visits to customers based on targets given by local management
・ Enter sales activity into timely and accurately into CRM
・ Create qualified sales leads for our network and use CRM to distribute them
・ Maintain a strong customer pipeline (target accounts) and share your progress
・ Collaborate with sales support for the preparation of quotation and tender replies
・ Control offer submission to customer and ensure the follow up of outcome
・ Issue initial client SOP and ensure proper implementation with customer service
・ Communicate frequently with network to build relationship with other sales offices
・ Participate actively in monthly sales meetings and share experience and news
・ Support the monthly sales report by providing required input timely and in full
・ Speak with customer service colleagues regularly to be aware of news or topics
・ Improve company cash flow by reducing payment terms and chase due payments
・ Participate in internal and external trainings, events and tasks where required
・ Foster company image and support continuous improvement actions
応募資格 ・ Minimum 10 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics
・ Minimum 5 years’ experience in Forwarding Sales
・ Written and verbal communication skills (English and Japanese)
・ Capable to work independently as well as within teams
・ Friendly and outgoing personality
・ Proficiency in Microsoft outlook, word, excel and power point

年収・給与 700万円~900万円
