・Identify customer requirements and develop customer solutions
・Develop a plan how to approach potential Japanese customers, or international customers in Japan.
・Build up a robust pipeline of opportunities.
・Adopt analytical approach, review results based on approaching customers (new business as well as lost opportunities) to understand why we gain or lose business and develop and refine the method to approach.
・Work on value assessments and Proof of Concept to explore the business potential of a client and to elaborate the solution & business model
・Analyze and work on the requirements of complex and integrated business cases
・Drive/support customer sales cycle to ensure and till customer is signing LOI/contract
・Create Business Case calculations in various stages of the sales cycle
・Ensure that designed Solutions are in line with the documented implementation capabilities
・Apply the current and future IL product matrix in solutions development
・Support and benefit from the know-how transfer between corporate and regional development teams
・Support the creation of Solution Development Standards and related templates and tools in close cooperation with the Regional Solution Development Manager and ensure usage
・Lead virtual international project teams with different backgrounds (network engineering,transportation analyses, warehouse engineering, IT, solutions design, etc) Customer dedicated value propositions, solutions descriptions, business cases, functional specifications, project plans
・Meet client’s service objectives and plan growth of customer partnership.
