・ 5－10 years of HRBP experience of working in a customer focused, dynamic, commercially driven environment: preferably Financial Services
・ Great attention to details, excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks
・ Must have first－hand knowledge of Japan labour laws and labour practices in Japan as well as proven ability to evaluate risks and to effectively address and manage the cases.
・ Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as HR Analytics
・ Fluent English and Japanese in both speaking and written.
・ Strong awareness of confidentiality
