||Site Management & Trading
・Support the E-Commerce Manager to ensure that .jp delivers a consistent look and feel online in accordance with global brand guidelines.
Conduct daily and weekly site audits to ensure all products are online and that the classification, information and imagery are accurate.
・Assist E-Commerce Manager with daily, weekly and monthly reporting, and support E-Commerce Manager with managing all aspects of web analytics.
・Support E-Commerce Manager to manage the annual activity calendar for homepages, new collection launches, online merchandising and marketing activity leveraging global e-commerce efficiencies where possible.
・Responsible for product translations both independently and where necessary, working with a third party translation agency and provide finalized translations to E-Commerce Manager for sign off.
・Responsible for maintaining the on-site search functionality and running reports to identify searches that generate no results and action accordingly.
・Help manage the product recommendations engine to ensure all products are presented with complimentary cross-sell and up-sell recommendations.
・Support with localising the global email newsletter calendar to support new season launches, specific products, key marketing initiatives, events and specific holidays (Christmas/Valentines/Mother Days etc).
・Responsible for providing email briefs to the Global e-commerce Team including suggested look & feel, links, testing and sign-off.
・Support E-Commerce Manager for managing day-to-day relationship with the distribution centre to ensure processes run smoothly and services remain within contracted SLAs.
・Support the E-Commerce Manager and Customer Care with training the warehouse teams on new season collections, product care/repairs, processes, policies and systems.
・Develop and maintain expert knowledge of products and policies available.
