In your role as Office/HR Administrator you’ll keep the office and team up and running. You are someone who loves variety and supporting others. Basically, a jack-of-all-trades.
・ General reception duties including answering and directing incoming calls
・ Meet and greet guests and visitors as well as provide general support to visitors
・ Oversee catering companies, cleaning services, and other service providers
・ Tidying and maintaining the general office, reception, kitchens and boardrooms
・ Maintain office supply inventory, keep things organized
・ Coordinating and organizing meetings, booking meeting rooms, ordering lunch, sending notifications and reminders
・ Day to day errands as needed ‐ groceries, supplies, gifts, etc.
・ Onboarding tasks for new employees
・ Employment verification letters
・ Employee Immigration letters
・ Assist in coordinating and organizing staff functions i.e. lunch n’ learns, social events
・ Employee experience/recognition initiatives
・ HR tracking and reporting
・ Miscellaneous HR and Office related duties and projects as assigned.
