*Prepare financial plan (annual budget, once a year ) : 20%
*Update the plan (quarterly forecast, 3 times a year) :30%
*Update the forecast (monthly outlook) :5%
*Assist bookkeeping (e.g. Inventory, account receivable etc.) : 30%
*Prepare ad hoc analysis/ reports requested by the reginal headquarters :5%
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
*7 years previous experience in General accounting.
*US GAAP / IFRS, JAPAN GAAP knowledge and experience
＜Specialized Knowledge/Technical Skills:＞
*Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP order management systems
*Ability to look at the whole processes and modify them to recognize efficiencies.
*Excellent analytical skills
＜Decision Making and Problem solving:＞
*Ability to prioritize workload for self and team based on business need
*Ability to meet tight deadlines and make quick decisions in a versatile environment.
*Ability to communicate in a persuasive manner with all levels of the organization
*Experience at retail industry is a plus
