||After Sales ‐ Regional Technical Manager
The role will include, but not be limited to the following areas;
・ Provide leadership and motion to the dealer technical and service network
・ Manage the service network for the full service and technical operation
・ Interact with both customers and distributors to resolve potential issues, projects, provide technical support and develop relationships.
・ Establish best practices, metrics and systems to efficiently track instruments status, campaign, field activities and customer satisfaction.
・ Provide support to the dealers to ensure that there is a training plan in pace to develop the technical staff’s competency levels
・ Conduct random quality checks on repaired vehicles
・ Network with many of the other internal stakeholders like After Sales Director, Technical Manager, Parts Logistic Manager, Homologation and Training.
