||■Report to country manager of Japan with dotted line to global quality director
■Customers/manufacturing plants interface on quality activities.
■Cordinate major issues with Japan account managers before responding customers.
■Monitor/Maintain Japan inspection statistics/standard/cost and feed back to plants.
■Support account managers to review, compile, and submit PPAP or design change packages to Customers for new products, process change, and annual or events requirements as necessary.
■Pre-analysis of complained parts, initial products and suspicious lots.
■Improve system and rationalize inspection cost in Japan
■Comple Defective product investigation/corrective action in Japanese togher with Plant quality & outside laboratories as necessary.
■ Provide backup or temporary counter-measures to plants and customers.
■Support to country manager Japan on assigned tasks.
