・Defective product inspection
・Negotiation, countermeasure discussions with customers, and subsequent communication back to Headquarters
・Communicating with customer to gain an understanding of customer specifications, testing methods, quality manuals and procedures.
・Educate customers on internal quality standards and capabilities.
・PPM tracking and reporting.
・When necessary, management of sorting/inspection at customers which may include sourcing and supervision of contract sorting/inspection companies.
・Process countermeasure support.
・Sales engineering support.
・Japanese vendor evaluation/specification negotiation.
