||・Work with customers to obtain and/or define system requirements and specifications as defined in the statement of Work
・Analyze customer requirements, create an internal working specification, and communicate these requirements throughout the organization as per procedure.
・Work with System Program Managers to define required program resources, costs, and to establish key milestones, deliverables, and targets.
・Track program schedules, control costs, performance, and deliverables, and ensure that they are met.
・Ensure that the functional teams communicate effectiveley with each other in order to support fast and high quality responses to the customers
・Support the Production, Quality, SCM, sales and marketing teams as necessary to ensure a successful product launch
||・Degree in Engineering
・15+ years of experience in automotive engineering, sales, and/or Program Management. Design engineering experience.
・Working knowledge of the process of automotive industries (i.e. APQP, TS16949, ISO9001, TPS, etc.)
