||As Customer Service Rep your role will be to process orders, prepare correspondence, support the supervisor to achieve operational targets and to fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Order receiving and fulfilment
* Followups on orders - tracking, dealing with variances
* Performance review on daily operations
* Complete KPI reports
* Handling customer complaints, conduct investigations, give feedback
* Assist finance team to complete transportation cost forecast and monthly transportation cost settlement
* Understand client's requirements and relevant regulations, complete client files and keep good communication with clients
* Experience in logistics or relevant industry
* Good working attitude and teamwork spirit
* Good communications skills - Japanese Fluent and Business Level English required
* Strong sense of responsibility and quick learner
* Chance to work in a global company and interact with both domestic and international clients
* Salary up to JPY 5.5M depending on previous experience
