||A key account manager/sales manager will support to grow the Japan its market through leading and managing sales teams, activities and channels in Japan Region.
* Experience in leading sales and key account management
* Experience in collaborating with channels sales in a multicultural environment
* Maintain internal and external professional working relationships
* Define strategies and propose plans to support sales activities.
* Collaborate with APAC and Global team members (Channel Directors, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success etc)
* Build and maintain a robust channels infrastructure
* Experience in developing relationships with senior management in IT, public sector, finance, and enterprises.
* Work closely and collaboratively with other APAC Sales Directors
* Oversee fulfilment of technical requirements in sales bids and after sales support
* Manage the resolution of customer problems and complaints
* Arrange appropriate training for sales and technical
