||As an Inside Sales Development Representative, you will learn the fundamentals of sales and entrepreneurship from seasoned professionals and work in an environment that is world class.
* Perform outbound calls to generate qualified meetings through cold calling, prospects
* Respond to inbound calls, follow up with leads generated by marketing programs, sales campaigns and target account prospecting
* Develop knowledge of the products, value proposition and keep up-to-date on industry trends and the competition's positioning
* Track all lead activity, leads/opportunities, and manage reports using the CRM tools available
* 1 to 3 years of sales, inside sales or customer service experience
* Experience in IT or high tech industry is a plus
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone
* Ability to conceptualize and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise and manner
* Ability to thrive under pressure enjoys the challenge of hitting targets and be rewarded for it!
* Fluent in Japanese
