||The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing the customer service team withing the customer excellence organisation. Responsible for all day to day business operations of the order to cash process.
Pro-active communication with customers
Interface to Business Field teams and other departments of the organization. (Sales, Supply Chain, TS, Expediting, DC etc.)
Develop solutions to enhance Efficiency & Effectiveness (e.g. Process improvements, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen)
Contribute to the alignment of processes between SIAL & Merck
Leadership skills: Experience in leading a team, Conflict solving capabilities
* Good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company
* Good customer care skills with customer focus but also business sense and sales orientation
* Very good customer service skills to deal politely and effectively with customers' inquiries or complaints
* Soft Selling skills
* Team oriented, execution driven and with strong communication
* Basic knowledge of the Life Science product portfolio
* Project management experience
* SAP, SFDC, Windows applications (Word, Excel, Power point)
Excellent compensation up to JPY 10M
