||A Global IT consulting company is currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer for its newly established Tokyo office. It is not limited to, user support, computer setup, maintenance and service, audio/visual, telecommunications and all other technology needs both in the office and at remote site if required.
IT Support for PC desktop and mobile phone by using Japanese and English.
* Maintaining and supporting personal Windows and Mac PCs, Cloud applications, AV, video conference, printer, VPN etc. c
* Managing the request from end users and support a variety of operating systems and applications
* Hardware and software asset tracking and inventory management
* Minimum of 3 year experience in similar role
* Strong oral and written English, experience of working in English
* Basic skills in MAC/PC/laptop hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, networking, and server administration
* Experience troubleshooting Mac OS, Windows 7, Outlook, Moka5, MS Office Suite, VPN/network connectivity
