||Head of Sales managing all of the retail business across Japan
* Consolidate sales results, analyze data and prepare necessary additional sales activities.
* Negotiate and build a good relationship with business partners to execute business initiatives and reinforce business growth.
* Set objectives, appraise and coach Managers and counter sales forces and office staffs
* Train / develop Managers, CMs, BAs and Specialists to maximize their performances
* Review and design the effective and efficient Sales organization to drive business as well as to achieve smooth operations.
* Draw distribution and retail strategies and action plans by looking at foreseen market changes
* Plan annual / monthly / per counter / products sales budget (sell-through and sell-in)
* Lead / manage sales organization to successfully achieve budgeted sales, objectives and goals
* Plan and execute development / expansion / re-location / closure of department store counters, boutiques and retail outlets
* Motivate managers and counter sales forces to be proactive and effective with the assistance of HR Manager
* Coordinate, manage and control established action plans within expense budget through appropriate communication with managers and other departments
* Bilingual - Japanese & English
* Does NOT need to have cosmetics background, any Retail Director of Head of Sales within Luxury, fashion is also highly regarded for this position
