The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for attracting best in class talent for the entire health care businesses in Japan and support in driving Japan strategic initiatives/special recruiting projects.
Recruitment strategy for Japan. Need to work with Global and regional Talent acquisition team to build the several projects (UR, Branding, pipeline, social Media, Process optimization and more) and implement those projects to Japan
Have ability to consult the internal stake holders ‐ Providing business intelligence with appropriate advise. Company TA manager must engage all the critical stake holders and give the consultation to solve the difficult hiring, and market intelligence.
Heavy Volume hire for the expansion and senior level focus hiring. Approx. around 100 positions a year
Must support all Abbott’s different business divisions.
Improve TA operation and process optimization to accurate the hiring data.
Support disability hiring / New grad hiring
Align with local and APAC senior HR teams and make a good relationship to work.
||+7 years Mid-career recruiting experience (Agency, In-house) , Industry does not matter
MUST speak Japanese in native level / English is Business level
Who can commit the delivery to the client
Who understand how to keep Recruiter`s KPI and business mindset.
