Set-up, plan target and track execution by brands at account level.
Follow up the “Revenue Growth Management” guidelines and recommend investment improvement strategy for brands and accounts.
Optimize information system to improve workload, data efficiencies and extract insight based on the analysis
5+ years in Finance or sales finance function.
2+ years in RGM functions with proven performance record
Experience of working with cross functional team in a global matrix organization
Experience in system management is preferable
Knowledge of RGM Methodologies.
Knowledge in Finance and Accounting function (P&L, Balance sheet…)
Financial acumen and ability to translate this to business decision
System understanding and management
Strong communication skill which is able to work with global counter partner and external partners
Experience of people management (direct report)
Strong leadership of leading the team
English communication skill
