Coverage of actively managed fixed income strategies to Japanse fund distributors and institutional investors.
Presenting business and strategies on highest level to institutional decision makers, fund distributors and selectors.
Development of marketing material and presentations as well as market, strategy or client related initiatives.
Development of new investment strategies and positioning within the investment universe.
Managing interactions of stakeholders within the company, such as portfolio management, client coverage, product management, marketing, communications.
Contributing to the development of junior members by sharing insights, experiences and mindset, and leading by example.
Effective usage of resources in the team to deliver strategies and solutions.
Expertise in Fixed Income strategies: sovereign, corporate, EM bonds, other instruments and derivatives.
Expertise in other strategies: multi asset, quantitative soultions, ESG etc (not mandatory but a plus).
Expertise in investment vehicles: separate accounts, Japanese investment trust funds, Cayman/Luxembourg funds, ETFs.
Experience of portfolio management, investment solutions, insurance solutions (not mandatory but strongly preferred).
5 years+ relevant industry experience.
Educated to University degree level.
Fluency in Japanese and English.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Sales motivated, personable and able to develop & maintain relationships.
Good at creating presentation materials and client presentations.
CFA / CMA certificate holder preferred (but not mandatory).
