||■ 10+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B preferred)
■ Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies
■ Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
■ Very strong project management skills. Able to work with team and work with key stakeholder such as head of marketing, marketing team members, business leaders, other countries’ counter parts.
■ Manage multiple projects concurrently.
■ Very strong communication skill as a digital marketing evangelist.
Ability to communicate directly with peers and managers, while leading development to a completed and successful solution
■ Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Marketing Automation and CRM software
■ Familiarity with web design
■ Strong analytics background (Marketing ROI)
■ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
■ Strong communication and writing skills in Japanese and English
