||・Minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline; or equivalent experience
・Broad technical experience that includes (but not limited to): Job Description o PC Architecture ? Citrix, Microsoft Windows Desktop Editions (7 upwards), MS Office (2007 to 365) o Security Applications ? preferably Symantec (e.g. SEP and DLP) o Application deployment (SCCM) o Exposure to tablet and Smartphone devices (iOS and BB OS) o Experience supporting and maintaining IP telephony systems & local network infrastructure
・Understanding of ITIL v3
・Good oral and written communication skills.
