||Assistant Brand Manager (ABM):
Purpose of the Position:
Assistant Brand Managers are expected to lead and successfully execute a variety of cross-functional brand
initiatives, supported by a solid understanding of marketing, the business and the company policies & procedures.
As the first step beyond the "managing self" career stage, ABM's must complement their experience in execution
with an increasingly strategic perspective that leads to improvements in the efficiency of project management,
communication & creativity, quality of execution and business results.
1. Lead, develop and oversee the implementation to ensure the commercial success of a brand and is responsible
for ensuring key milestones & KPI are met or exceeded.
2. Actively seek & analyze data from multiple sources to draw recommendations & proposals of execution for
the projects under his/her lead.
