■Seasoned real estate acquisitions/investment underwriting experience, including a minimum of 8 years of in-depth experience in underwriting new investment opportunities in Japan.
■Must possess strong analytic skills, including real estate operations, pro-forma, and budget formulation.
■Excellent proficiency in Excel and underwriting models including sensitivity analysis; good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word etc.
■Familiarity with all real estate transactional documents (i.e. SPA), due diligence materials, and regulatory requirements.
■Good communication skills, both verbal and written; comfortably handle both internal and external stake holders.
■Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; a good team player but able to work independently, and take initiative as required.
■Bilingual - native level Japanese and business level English (preference for solid reading and writing skills over fluent verbal skills).
