■Act as the primary support contact for the company's customers for Technical Services,
with direct contact with customer staff in need of assistance,
■Plan and execute installation, startup and commissioning of new filling lines, including
customer staff training.
■Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on filling lines according to the
company's Quality System, individually as well as with customer staff.
■Performs hands on on-site trouble shooting
■Report accurate and detailed information on issues on the field in order for other
department to work on improvements.
■Provide on-site training for customers,
■Follow the Quality System, procedures and routines within the company, Give precise and adequate feedback for continuous improvements.
■Perform continuous monitoring of both cost occurring as a result of performing work tasks and assignments, as well as for individuals, products and services provided by the
■Establish and develop long lasting business relationships with Japanese beverage
■Participate in sharing sessions with other Service Engineers from other countries
