Reporting to the Operations Manager of the International Third Party Manufacturing
group, the Contract Manufacturing Manager will also work closely with Affiliate, ANSC andDivisional functions such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Logistic, Manufacturing,
Commercial and Marketing groups to complete assigned projects and to oversee progresson day to day issue resolution.
Self-starter, with strong team and proven project management skills, the Contract
Manufacturing Manager will be required to uncover relevant information, negotiate
resources and agree solutions by generating ideas, working with others and reporting
complex issues in an effective and factual way.
Ensure that capacity, capabilities and systems at the Key Contract Manufacturers are in
place to supply finished product to the Affiliates within the agreed time, quantity,
quality and cost. - Work to establish long term manufacturing capacity and capability thatcan meet or exceed sales requirements;
Draft, maintain and help negotiate contractual agreements including but not limited to
Service Agreements, Manufacturing and Supply Agreement, Confidentiality and Non Disclosure Agreements;
Engage the Key Contract Manufacturers to drive transparency in the overall pricing
structure and support all pricing negotiations as required. Liaise with the Corporate
Purchasing functions to understand pricing structure for key materials;
||5-10 years of experience in some or all or the following disciplines supply chain, logistics,manufacturing, engineering, production planning and customer service, QA/QC, product
development, R&D, relationship, project and team management.
This will ideally be coupled with nutritional, regulatory and business experience.
