Develop brand/portfolio strategy for Benralizumab to solve issues to maximize the business with in depth understanding of the market/customer/product & portfolio through issue dentification/ structure/ analysis /hypothesis building processes with X-functional team members
Own his/her chunk to drive by themselves from planning, implementation to evaluation
Design/conduct primary/secondary research and analysis to understand the status quo, validate the strategic hypothesis, and evaluate actions to shape the strategy together with market reserachers
Get endorsement from internal/external stakeholders on our strategy and implementation plans
Proactively facilitate communication with stakeholders including Sales dept and Key External Experts to achieve the business goal
Maximize the brand/portfolio value not just in Japan, but globally through close communication with Global team and other maketing countries.
