＜Roles & Responsibilities＞
Manage the preparation and sharing of accurate sales forecasts and of information and insights related to the market, competitors, healthcare workers, and clients that come into play when developing a brand strategy.
Devise optimal tools, analytics, and data to support decision making during brand strategy development.
Manage the preparation and sharing of accurate forecasts according to the policies of GPPS regarding all AZKK brands, as well as initiatives to improve the process and make it more efficient.
Manage advanced analytics used to make decisions regarding the marketing mix, as well as initiatives to improve analytics methods and make them more efficient.
Organization & People;
Lead the Analytics & Intelligence organization, manage its performance, and work on human resources development, including career development.
Promote understanding of analytics and forecasting methods by Brand Managers and other stakeholders through training.
Manage costs according to the strategy and target budget of the organizations under your responsibility.
