Responsibilities

Job Purpose/Overview:
As part of VET Sales Development key objectives, this position is indispensable that
enable VET Pillar to robustly move to the next stage of business as a sustainable categorygrowth leader. The main task includes but not limited to the products development and
expansion in a professional manner. He/she will play an important role to drive all new
business area/B2B and B2C platform in VET Pillar closely working with internal/ external
stakeholders under the supervision of Sales Development manager
Key Responsibility
Dominant
Expand a company program with holistic B2B/B2C subscription system incorporated
Increase # of clinics and pet owners to participate through holistic approach
Lead a company product and drive further penetration of company's Individualization
approach Make entire program solid and attractive enough for being a center of excellence
Develop and expand on-line platform as Phase 1 to ensure the business acceleration
Leverage the platform to promote on-line subscription as well as provide solution for clinicinventory and pet owner logistic issues
Evolve and promote on-line platform Phase 2 to strengthen perfect tripartite relationship
with vets and pet owners…Promote on-line prescription/subscription in tie-ups with vets
and provide educational content for pet owners to increase active traffic to clinics

Develop and maintain VET business application database…Maximize efficiency of application of new nutritional seminars, product samples, etc. and effective analysis for VET
business operation 2
Context & Scope
Act as a central person for all VET projects related to new area/B2B and B2C platform
Support Pillar Head/Sales Development manager to realize the company's VET to be the
best enabler for the perfect tripartite relationship with vets and pet owners and to be a
sustainable category leader
応募資格 Education & Professional Qualification
Bachelor or Master degree
Business English TOEIC 800+

Knowledge/Experience:
At least 5 year experiences as brand/product/NPD manager in marketing departments FMCG industry is preferred Strong project management skill and multitask handling
capability
Advanced IT literacy Master of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal skill being a leader of cross functional project
High learning agility to acquire market insights and characteristics
