Demonstrate medical leadership to optimise multiple oncology products values in the
assigned therapeutic disease area by joining the development team from the clinical
development stage, and planning to execute the consistent oncology medical strategies
from development to the marketing phase.
Lead the discussion related to the clinical studies, the products profile, and the science
related backgrounds mode of action, pre-clinical/clinical data, safety and efficacy profiles,etc
Lead in constructing the product strategies to optimize the product value from the
scientific angle, understanding the development situations of competitive products and
predicting the future medical needs.
Plan the method of creating scientific evidences Phase IV, Life Cycle Management, etc,
manage the timing and the plans.
Participate in correspondence with the regulatory authority, understanding medical
needs of the products.
Contribute to the optimization of the product value, trying to create the scientific
evidences in accordance with the marketing strategies and demonstrate medical
leadership to revise it if necessary.
Assume the responsibility on the science aspects for the use of existing data. Domestic
