As a strategic HR business partner (HRBP) to HQ department, especially, Division Head, HQ HRBP is responsible for building and executing HR strategies to achieve each ddivision/department vision and strategies. The scope of responsibility covers Division/department HQ.
Espesially, in the responsibility of GPF, all profit generating organizations both in Japan and Asia is added. HRBP is also expected to work closely with people in GPB division and also with other stakeholders including GHQ/Japan HR, RHQs and local affiliates HR.
Roles & Responsibilities
Leading business growth and culture transformation with developing capabilities of the responsible business organizations / regions as a change agent , and promoting standardization of compensation scheme, talent management systems and process of evaluations for people development.
This position will expedite daily recruitment process and actions which includes, but not limited to:
1 Lead talent development strategy and organization design
2 Promote ideal culture of Talent Development, process of Recruitment & Retention
3 Manage global process of Evaluation and Compensation
4 Design mechanizm for Employee Engagement
5 Upgrade HR Operations and Processes for productivity and capability development
