Under the supervision of Sr. Director of Marketing, the Early Commercialisation Manager will be accountable and responsible for:
Act as commercial leader in R&D project teams
Provide strategic commercial leadership for pipeline assets in early, mid, and late-stage development for Japanese market.
Work closely with cross functional team (e.g. medical, project management, brand teams, and etc.) to develop market assessments and recommendations for commercialisation options.
Provide Japan commercial input to global pipeline teams, both development and commercialisation, and lead the development of Japan brand strategies and commercialisation plans for pipeline compounds.
Develop market and opportunity assessments, including disease area understanding,
competitive landscapes, unmet need and product profiles for pipeline compounds.
Provide commercial insight and market knowledge to opportunity assessments and asset valuations in support of external growth opportunities,
