Management of domestic logistics from warehouse to the delivery. Manage work team between the store and the event venue and the management of the quality control task team of the apparel / accessory product
* Coordinate with the stakeholders inside and outside the company.
* Ensure timely and accurate domestic distribution of items from warehouse to the store, shipping, and returns.
* Manage warehouse inventory levels
* Continuously optimize processes for the purpose of raising service levels and lowering logistics costs.
* Quality inspection of products coming from abroad and process distribution in a timely and appropriate manner.
* Solve quality-related issues.
* Maximize customer satisfaction and brand elevation.
* Continuously carry out measures to improve quality for the purpose of realizing customer satisfaction.
* Logistic costs, cost inclusive expenses, head office expenses, forecasts such as purchase price.
* Plan and implement measures to achieve budget, productivity improvement, and cost reduction
* Participate in various initiatives and projects to contribute to company achievement goals
* participate in project meeting (once a week)
