仕事内容 MISSION STATEMENT

* Plan and implement a wide range of Talent Acquisition programs for new graduate, mid-career and handicapped hiring to support organizational stability and growth
* Lead and execute Learning & Development actions for corporate and retail populations at Louis Vuitton Japan and LVMH group
* Support corporate HRBP functions

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
<New Graduate Hiring>
Responsible for entire new graduate recruiting/onboarding process:

* Identify hiring needs and target profiles
* Assess current hiring process and find opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency
* Propose and control budget plan
* Plan and execute recruiting events (internal and external)
* Develop and monitor hiring simulation to maintain appropriate candidates' pool in pipeline
* Coordinate and conduct interview and offer process
* Plan and execute retention and pre-onboarding programs in close collaboration with retail learning and store management.
* Establish and maintain high touch relationship with candidates throughout all the recruiting phases
* Constantly report the updated hiring status
* Conduct follow up interview after joining

<Mid-Career & Handicapped Hiring>
Support HRBP for mid and handicapped hiring:

* Source candidates for assigned positions in liaison with external agencies
* Support HRBP to conduct initial screening (CV and 1st interview) in close relation with business leaders
* Create offer package in line with internal and external benchmarks
* Coordinate and participate external recruiting events as necessary
* Monitor and report handicapped hiring status
* Coordinate on-boarding administrations and induction programs

<Learning & Development>
* Plan, coordinate and execute all training programs excluding selling skills:
* Plan and coordinate training programs in liaison with training vendors
応募資格 REQUIRED EXPERIENCES
* Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of new graduate recruiting, preferably at a mid to large sized organization
* Learning & Development experiences would be a plus

* Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English (business level)
* Strategy-oriented mindset while paying good attention to hands-on details
