||* As Quality & Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible to support the definition and implementation of actions to improve operating efficiency, productivity in the value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and quality within the entire organization.
1 Support Strategy: Promote and support the deployment of the local Quality and Operational Excellence strategy to accelerate the rate of operational improvement, with resulting cost savings within the organization.
2 Operations: Establish and implement priorities and targets in cooperation with business across different functions within the local operation, define KPI dashboard, monitor progress and support actions on deviation from targets.
3 Strengthen organization: Train and coach local teams in the standard quality improvement approach to develop organization capability to continuously improve business practices and performance.
4 Quality Management System: Implement appropriate quality management system and ensure conformance with, define guidelines and procedure to drive standardization and consistent execution in delivery of customer requirements. Customer Satisfaction: Lead regular customer satisfaction surveys. Support with the analysis of communication of customer perception to guide the local improvement actions towards greater customer satisfaction.
