As Strategic Marketing Manager of our business in Japan, you will help drive creating and execution of marketing plans for all of our products in Japanese market including driving product brand development in Japan, adapting and trans-creating product global marketing campaigns to local needs, working with the Sales team to provide guidance on customer segmentation, value propositions and customer targeting, driving lead generation, PR, advertising, digital marketing and events.
1 Contribute to Japan strategic planning process with market analysis and input.
2 Developing Japan product/technology and marketing plans in conjunction with Japan Leadership Team and APAC marketing team
3 Identify, quantify, prioritize and drive key marketing initiatives to achieve the profit, market share, and revenue targets.
4 Adapt and trans-create product global marketing campaigns to local needs.
5 Work with the Sales team to provide guidance on customer segmentation, value propositions and customer targeting
6 Drive local marketing initiatives including lead generation, PR, advertising, digital marketing and events in conjunction with BU and Central marketing teams. Manage appropriate local agencies.
7 Drive marketing strategy execution and harmonization with Business Development /R&D Team to ensure the best experience for customers.
