Our firm is based in Tokyo and is a developer and asset manager of large-scale (10 billion JPY +) solar power projects in Japan with 700MW of projects under operation or construction. We manage all aspects of project development, construction, and operations including land acquisition, solar power plant design and engineering, permitting, construction management, obtaining both debt/equity financing, and asset management. In addition, our company manages a fund with domestic institutional investors set up to acquire and manage operational solar assets. Projects are located in east, west, and central Japan.
Update the project company's cash flow based on 20 years business plan, budget and forecast.
■Collect invoices, draft payment instruction/withdrawal certificate
■Create financial analysis and reports to be submitted to the lenders and the investors (monthly/quarterly/annually)
■Calculate DSCR, distribution, repayment,
■Help Asset Manager to monitor financial covenants and other compliance matter required by financing agreement and other project related agreements.
■Responsible for documentation and filing of project related documents.
■Communication with accounting, tax, property manager, etc.
■Analyze day-to-day power generation, utility sales/operational cost, and monitor the asset value to achieve the target return required by the investor.
■Support the senior management and other team members for any ad-hoc reporting requests
