Our client is a global investments management company, their service include public and private pension and retirement plans and other assets. They also provide advisory services to asset managers to companies, central banks, and educational institutions.
Assist 2 on the key teams in the company
Interface function - Preparation and follow up of meetings and other events
■Coordination and cooperation with all other company entities and countries: Preparation, liasion, participation and follow-up of business visits, townhalls, and meetings
■Preparation of presentations, agenda, and taking of minutes during meeting.
Planning and coordination for project, or ad-hoc work
■Plan, coordinate, take ownership and organize projects and initiatives for the firm This can include workshop preparations/minutes,budgeting topics, company engagement survey action items, company events (example, offsites), etc.
■Participation and support on project work and initiatives that requires the attention or representation of the firm
■Handle Media and PR agencies for the firm
■Oversee if the content aligns with the firms policies in the financial market.
