仕事内容 Start with some of the below

Compensation

* Maintain and develop Global Career Framework (global grading system) in Japan.
* Run the annual Pay review process, including training for managers, merit increase budget management, incumbent analysis, etc.
* Run Global Recognition Program.
* Develop and maintain local bonus program.
* Manage various compensation surveys to obtain market data.

Benefit

* Plan and manage various WELLNESS programs, including program development in alignment with the global policy, execution, and report to the Global Benefit team.
* Oversee the Health Committee(衛生委員会), Company Doctor visits(産業医), annual medical check and stress check procedure.
* Manage Company Pension plan(DC and DB)

HRIS

* Administrate the Headcount reporting system (BPC). Update the HC data based on submission from Business. Calculate labor cost and propose to the Finance Planning team.
* Evaluate the Time and attendance system and propose better solutions.
* Ensure PeopleSoft data is up to date. Work with the US HRIS team as needed.
Payroll and others

Payroll and others
* Oversee the payroll process to make sure it is in line with SOX requirements.
Assist Japan employees with global equity programs, such as ESPP, Stock Option and RSU.
* Manage Expat payroll as needed.
* Manage Japan working rules(就業規則)to make sure they are compliant and updated appropriately.
* Serve as a contact person with the Working Counsels(社員会)
* May develop and execute Work-Life-Balance and/or Diversity & Inclusion projects.
応募資格 Mandatory:
* At least 5 year experience in one or more areas : Compensation, Benefit, or supervising Payroll operation
* Should have experience not only operation or routine work but also lead a project or launch new system.
* Should be willing to do hands on work
* Should have open mind attitude to all stakeholders and strong communication skill
* Should have “challenge the system” spirit and be able to start action
* Strict attention to detail
* Should have ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
* TOEIC 800+ (frequently communicate with the US team through e-mails or conversation)
* BA or BS

Preferred:
* Certified social labor consultant(社会保険労務士)and/or Health Supervisor(衛生管理者)
* Have experience except HR. For example, sales or marketing.
