Product Marketing Strategy:
Develop product marketing strategy/plan (go to market plan) with in-depth market intelligence and customer insight, including segmentation, key messaging, value proposition, and ROI measurement.
Marketing plan (Solution Marketing):
Support our sales teams by developing and executing solution-based marketing programs including market segmentation, competitive messaging and product descriptions to drive revenue and sales teams.
Syndicate company Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) or supporters to build the brand in the market and utilized them to advocate the products at public communication channel, i.e. congress, Web socials, etc
Develop innovative marketing programs to support growth of both new and existing product lines, based on strong market analysis
Develops localized key messages and customer case studies that refer to challenges unique to the Japan market to strengthen our value story told via social media, PR, and other communications channels
Establish eCommerce business model to drive revenue from small hospital/clinics/individual. Manage e-commerce platform, own revenue targets and drive campaigns to optimize our business.
Manage local market research programs; evaluates customer and competitor research, product roadmaps, market conditions and use results to define marketing strategy
Marketing Budget Control:
Manages and allocates marketing budget: able to effectively manage budget and prioritize investments within budget.
Design and manage marketing metrics that measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
||Functional and Technical Competencies
・5~ years of integrated marketing experience with strong foundation on B2B marketing, market analysis, eCommerce, messaging development and customer engagement
・Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - able to manage multiple stakeholders independently
・Strategic and innovative thinker with strong analytic skills
・Written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
・Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experiences (and any other requirements)
・University degree or above (MBA degree is a plus)
・Strong healthcare industry knowledge either in pharmaceutical, medical device, or other healthcare data/solution provider in the market
・Customer engagement experience, i.e. KOL development and management
・eCommerce (B2B/B2C) experience is a plus
・Experience working with matrix and multinational company
