仕事内容 Development and guarantee of access strategy/tactics for external stakeholders*, who have
a strong influence on regional patient access to medicine
・Identify unmet needs on administrative/policy issues, and address those unmet needs by
collaborating with external stakeholders
・Build a sustainable and positive relationship
・Visit and communicate corporate and brand values by delivering offers

Support and education to internal stakeholders
・Forecast and propose future regional access scenarios with strategy/tactics, based on the
analysis of administrative situation of target medical groups, patient flow among inside
medical groups, policy trend in a region
・Advocate and educate about regional environmental changes on hospital/clinic
administration and healthcare policy
・Communicate and align with global market access team and adopt its strategy/tactics to
improve activities in Japan
・Support and education of area access representatives
・Develop HEOR evidence and tools that area access representatives deliver to stakeholders
・Create how to collect information and present HEOR evidence and tools effectively, and
propose them to area access representatives
応募資格 1. Skills/Knowledge
・"Analytical capability" ‐ find out an opportunity/threat based on own analysis of market
database
・"Story development capability" ‐ integrate and interpret multiple different information
sources, and forecast possible future access scenarios in the region
・"Acute insights" ‐ identify unmet stakeholder needs from an interaction with stakeholders
・"Offer shaping capability" ‐ ideate and shape solutions by which external stakeholders
and company can develop WIN-WIN partnership
・"Project management skills" ‐ develop a roadmap for implementation, and manage its
progress
・"Interpersonal skills" ‐ build a positive relationship with internal/external stakeholders
・"Negotiation skills" ‐ constructively influence on internal/external stakeholders, and shape
an agreement with them
・"Self-driven leadership" ‐ proactively engage people, and drive
PDCA cycles even under an uncertain business situation
・"High ethical and compliance standard" ‐ put an integrity at the
top of own daily jobs
・"Flexible mindset" ‐ work as a good team member by always asking
feedback from internal/external stakeholders and try to incorporate feedback in own jobs
・"Basic understanding of medical literatures" - basic knowledge of study type, and
capability to interpret study results
・"English reading, writing, listening and speaking capability" - no issue in communicating
with globally diversified people (TOEIC score above 730 is desirable)

2. Experience
・More than 5 years experiences in a pharmaceutical company, commercial experience is a
must. (Experience of key account manager, MR team leader, MR plus marketing is strongly
desirable. Additional experience of wholesaler function, market access, and medical affairs is
favorable)
・Strategic planning experinece
・Managing with upper management (alignment)
