仕事内容 Responsibilities:
・Strengthen and promote our reputation as People & Change advisors in Japan and develop a go to market to position KPMG as a leading player in the People & Change market space in Japan, with a focus on Human Resources Optimisation and Transformation, Talent Development, Organisation Design for Performance, Behavioural Change Management and Workforce Optimisation and Analytics
・Monitor market trends and competition, prepare thought leadership articles, propose and manage research, events design and participation and any other action to ensure brand recognition in the area in the market
・Build long-term business relationships with key executives through thought leadership, engagement delivery and networking in professional organisations
・Lead in business development, with a focus on targeted strategic clients, by identifying new opportunities and closing business
・Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit quality and service delivery standards
・Utilise technical and industry knowledge to identify and solve complex client issues
・Support the building of the practice and the team, including input into the business plan, investment strategy, strategic propositions and offerings, go to market plan, alliance plan, delivery models, capability building and team performance and management
・Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management
・Contribute to the development, evolution and deployment of global methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
・Represent KPMG Japan in the global People & Change community
応募資格 ・Recognised as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the People & Change area of specialty, especially in HR Transformation, Talent Management (Human Capital Management) and Behavioural Change Management
・Extensive track record of relevant work experience related to change management and/or human resource consulting, with considerable experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm
・Proven relationships with senior management of Japanese and multi-national companies in Japan and able to represent KPMG at the board level
・Focused on market and results, with high planning, execution and control skills
・Recognised business builder with a focus on key performance drivers and outcomes required for a professional services business and capable of demonstrating ROI
・Experience in the development, marketing and implementation of new products and new business development
・Experience in leading large scale business/Human Resources transformation and change management projects as well as cultural change projects
・Experience in leveraging, customising and deploying global methodologies and propositions in Japan
・Strong managerial and people development skills
・Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients, colleagues and teams
・Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Management or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
・Fluency in English and Japanese
