||Responsibilities include quarterly invoice to customers (vendors, distributers, end users), coordination between European HQ and customers in Japan, sales and customer data management using MS Excel and ERP, as well as adhoc support for sales activities. You will share responsibilities between five team mates.
||You need to have at least 3 years of working experience as a sales assistant or administrative assistant, native Japanese proficiency is a must. You should be able to read and write English to communicate with HQ, have strong sense of responsibility and team work.
