||The Audio Manager will lead the audio business, taking care of the audio recording facilities and the audio team (audio project managers, sound engineers, voice directors, studio coordinator etc.), allocating resources to execute audio recording projects with proper time and quality.
||Japanese and English language knowledge required (reading, writing, speaking knowledge).
-Background in Japanese audio/voice production for video games
-Strong experience of the Japanese local market and global audio market
-Strong skills in resource management and planning
-Knowledge of the typical audio game localization process and audio production process in general
-Knowledge of audio SW tools and audio HW tools
-Ability to meet tight deadlines on time and to work under pressure
-Ability to work in team environment
-Strong problem solving and excellent communication skills
-Experience in the voice recording industry for TV and movie appreciated
